As a Vietnamese professional who built a global career without studying abroad, I know what it takes to build from the ground up. I believe deeply in human potential and am passionate about personal growth, transformation, and using smart systems to create freedom.

Since 2014, I have mentored thousands of professionals. But it was not until I discovered coaching in 2021 that I truly learned how to spark lasting change through deep listening, asking powerful questions, and guiding people to unlock their own breakthroughs.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and a mom. I love writing, reading book, traveling, pilates and scuba diving.
